Core Roles & Responsibilities1. Inventory & Stock Management

Replenishment:

Monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking and place orders with vendors as needed.

Receiving & Inspection:

Oversee the receipt of incoming goods, verifying quantity and quality against purchase orders.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of inventory movements using ERP or inventory management software (e.g., Material Receipt Notes, issue vouchers).

Stock Audits:

Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.

Quality Control:

Monitor product expiry dates and ensure proper storage conditions, especially for perishable or hazardous materials.

2. Staff Leadership & Development

Supervision:

Manage store staff, including creating work schedules and assigning daily tasks to ensure operational coverage.

Training:

Onboard new hires and provide ongoing coaching on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store procedures.

Performance Tracking:

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to help the team meet sales targets.

3. Daily Store Operations

Opening/Closing:

Follow strict security and safety protocols for daily store opening and closing procedures.

Financial Management:

Oversee daily cash handling, register reconciliations, and bank deposits.

Visual Merchandising:

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and that merchandise is displayed according to brand standards to attract customers.

Compliance:

Enforce health, safety, and security regulations to protect staff, customers, and merchandise.

4. Customer & Vendor Relations

Customer Service:

Resolve complex customer complaints and inquiries professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Vendor Coordination:

Build relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any delivery or quality issues.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
