A Store and Warehouse In- charge is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing inventory, and supervising staff to ensure efficiency and safety. Key duties include managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods; maintaining accurate inventory records; coordinating with suppliers and other departments; and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. Responsibilities

Inventory management:

Track stock levels, perform regular audits, and reconcile inventory data.

Warehouse operations:

Manage daily operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.

Staff supervision:

Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff to meet productivity goals and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Logistics and coordination:

Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries.

Safety and compliance:

Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures, and ensure the warehouse environment is safe and compliant.

Equipment maintenance:

Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts.

Record-keeping:

Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including shipments and inventory.

Performance analysis:

Monitor key performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
