Salary:

?20,000 - ?35,000 (Based on experience)

Experience:

3-7 years in Store & Inventory Management (Manufacturing/Engineering Industry Preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee daily

store operations

, ensuring smooth inventory management. Maintain

accurate records

of incoming and outgoing stock using ERP/software systems. Ensure proper material

handling, stacking, and labeling

for easy identification. Monitor

stock levels

and initiate purchase requests to avoid shortages. Conduct

regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation

to ensure inventory accuracy. Coordinate with

suppliers, procurement, and production teams

for material availability. Implement

FIFO/LIFO inventory techniques

to minimize material wastage. Maintain

compliance

with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements. Supervise store staff, ensuring an

efficient workflow

and adherence to processes. Identify

process improvements

and implement best practices for better inventory control.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in

Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or a related field

. Hands-on experience in

store operations within a manufacturing setup

. Proficiency in

ERP, inventory control systems, and MS Excel

. Strong

analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

. Ability to

multitask and work efficiently

in a fast-paced environment.
