Manage day-to-day operations of the store including receiving, storage, and issuance of materials.
Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper documentation of inward and outward materials.
Coordinate with project, purchase, and accounts teams to ensure timely availability of required materials.
Implement proper inventory control practices to avoid material shortages or excess stock.
Conduct periodic stock verification and prepare reports for management.
Ensure safe handling, storage, and preservation of solar equipment and related materials.
Supervise loading/unloading activities and maintain housekeeping in the store area.
Track material movements between site and central stores, ensuring proper documentation.
Follow company policies, health & safety regulations in all store operations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate/Diploma in any discipline (preferred: Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant).
2-3 years of experience in store/inventory management, preferably in solar/renewable/construction industry.
Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software (ERP knowledge is an added advantage).
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
Local candidates from Ariyalur district or nearby preferred.
