KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Consumable items purchase from domestic suppliers.

GRN for Inward materials.

Daily following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules.

Resolve Inward quality rejected material sent to suppliers to rectification.

Preparation of Processing DC, Rework challan and Inter site material transfer challan and debit note.

57F4 Chalan generation

Logistics management for sending / receiving material.

Monitor inventory levels with inventory turnover ratio and perpetual stock.

FMR & non-moving items with monthly physical vs books stock analysis.

Daily RM & bot out material monitoring with report generation.

ISO 9001:2015 Audit documentation in respect of store operation.

Generation & Correction of BOM.

Preparation of MIS as per requirement of Management.

Generation of Packing Slip & Invoice along with E-way Bill.

Scrap handling
