With 2 to 5 Years of experience to manage and oversee all store-related activities at our construction site. The candidate will be responsible for handling inventory, maintaining records, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the smooth flow of materials to support ongoing construction operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of inward and outward materials.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and issuance of construction materials as per site requirements.
Track and manage inventory levels; conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
Prepare and maintain stock registers, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and material issue slips.
Coordinate with the purchase department for timely procurement and delivery of materials.
Inspect incoming materials for quantity and quality compliance against purchase orders.
Generate and maintain invoices, bills, and delivery challans.
Collect and return materials/tools as needed from/to vendors or subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with safety and storage protocols at the store/site.
Monitor and report damaged, expired, or excess stock materials.
Maintain documentation and filing system for audits and reportin
