Job Summary:

The Site Stores In-Charge is responsible for managing construction materials at the project site, ensuring proper receipt, storage, issuance, and stock control of materials as per company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify construction materials as per purchase orders and delivery challans Maintain accurate stock records (inward, outward, and balance) Issue materials to site teams as per approved requisitions Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, and Site Engineers for material requirements Monitor material consumption and report shortages or excess stock Conduct periodic physical stock verification and submit reports Maintain documentation such as GRN, Material Issue Slips, and Stock Registers Prevent material loss, damage, or pilferage

Skills & Requirements:

Good knowledge of construction materials (cement, steel, electrical, plumbing, etc.) Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP/Inventory software preferred) Strong organizational and record-keeping skills Ability to coordinate with multiple departments Attention to detail and accountability

Qualification:

Diploma / Any Graduate (preferred)

Note : Preference will be given to immediate joiners having construction industry experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
