Manage daily store operations including receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
Maintain accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts, bin management, and timely stock reconciliation.
Ensure proper documentation in ERP/SAP/Inventory Management systems for all inward/outward transactions.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure material availability and smooth workflow.
Monitor inventory ageing, manage re-order levels, and prevent overstocking or stock-outs.
Ensure proper material handling, labeling, and adherence to FIFO/FEFO practices.
Maintain store housekeeping, safety norms, and compliance with audit requirements.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports and highlight discrepancies or material shortages proactively.
