Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage
inward and outward invoices
for materials and goods.
Generate and maintain
E-way bills
in compliance with government regulations.
Coordinate with transporters
to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of materials.
Maintain accurate stock records
and ensure data integrity in the inventory management system.
Conduct
regular physical verification
of stock and reconcile with system records.
Ensure proper
storage, labeling, and handling
of materials as per company standards.
Prepare periodic
stock and movement reports
for management review.
Liaise with
procurement and accounts departments
for documentation and billing support.
Monitor
minimum and reorder stock levels
to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Comply with all
company policies and statutory norms
related to store and logistics management.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2-5 years of relevant experience in
store operations, logistics, or inventory management
.
Proficiency in
MS Office
and
ERP / Tally systems
.
Strong understanding of
E-way bill generation
and
GST documentation
.
Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
