Maintain GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes)
Daily Material consumption database
Cycle count cross validate
Maintain supplier database
Monitor stock levels
Implement FIFO (First in First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry First Out) methods for perishable items
Plan material dispatch schedules based on operational requirements
Ensure all materials meet the company's quality and hygiene standards
Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspections and approvals
Track and control material costs in line with the budget
Liaise with Operations, Kitchen, and Finance teams to ensure smooth material flow
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly purchase and consumption reports
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile with system records
Qualifications & Experience:
BCom or BSC Computer Science
Minimum of five years of experience, out of which 2-3 years in hotels / restaurants/ catering companies
