Wanted: Stores Executive (Male)

We are seeking a candidate with a Diploma or UG Degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in store operations.

Responsibilities:

Receive materials as mentioned in the purchase order. Check if the materials match the required specifications. Inform the reporting person immediately if there are any differences. Maintain material storage areas in accordance with 5S standards. Adhere to the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method for material handling. Issue materials to respective departments based on approved indents. Ensure minimum stock levels are maintained as per the standards. Send regular stock details to the reporting person via email. Coordinate material follow-ups with the purchase team. Follow up with vendors for the servicing of machines and tools. Arrange for the dispatch of spare parts through courier or parcel services and track their delivery. Prepare and submit packing lists for the dispatch process. Maintain and update necessary registers and records regularly. Submit invoice copies to the Accounts Department for bill processing and clearance. Check emails regularly and respond promptly to relevant communications. Basic proficiency in MS Office is required; knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage. Must possess a valid driving license and be able to ride a two-wheeler.

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
