We are looking for an experienced

Stores & Vendor Management Executive

to handle inventory management, procurement, and vendor coordination for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have

3+ years of experience in real estate and construction

, ensuring smooth material supply, cost control, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities: Stores Management:

Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of construction materials and equipment. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels. Implement efficient storage practices to minimize wastage and loss. Conduct periodic stock audits and generate inventory reports. Coordinate with site teams for timely material availability.

Vendor Management:

Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors for construction materials and services. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to optimize costs. Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely deliveries. Monitor vendor performance based on quality, timelines, and compliance. Resolve vendor-related issues and ensure smooth procurement operations.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience

in

stores and vendor management

within the

real estate or construction

industry. Strong knowledge of

construction materials, procurement processes, and inventory control

. Proficiency in

MS Office, ERP, or inventory management software

. Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure seamless supply chain operations.
