Maintain accurate records of raw materials, components, and finished goods in the stores.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials for quality, quantity, and documentation.
Issue materials to production or other departments as per approved requisitions.
Conduct regular physical verification of stock and update inventory records.
Assist the Manager - Stores in monitoring inventory levels, identifying shortages, and planning replenishment.
Ensure proper storage, labelling, and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.
Maintain vendor and material documentation, including delivery notes, invoices, and stock registers.
Support the implementation of ERP or inventory management systems for accurate tracking.
Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements in stores operations.
Coordinate with Purchase and Production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
