Manage and maintain the inventory of raw materials, hardware, finished goods, and accessories.
Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials and supplies against purchase orders or invoices.
Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely updating in the inventory management system.
Coordinate with production, procurement, and dispatch teams for timely material availability.
Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders to avoid stock outs or overstocking.
Maintain proper storage systems ensuring cleanliness, safety, and accessibility.
Prepare stock reports, consumption reports, and MIS for management review.
Conduct periodic physical stock audits and reconcile with system records.
Handle material issuance and return from production departments as per company SOPs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience (2-3 years minimum) in storekeeping within the
office furniture or modular furniture industry
.
Strong knowledge of store/inventory processes related to furniture hardware, boards, and accessories.
Familiarity with ERP/inventory software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar systems).
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
