Position: Stores Executive (Male)

Job Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and document raw materials, bought-out items, spares, and consumables such as plates, frames, hydraulic components, fasteners, and filter cloths.

Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP systems and manual registers.

Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO inventory management practices.

Verify delivery challans, invoices, and purchase orders against received materials.

Issue materials to fabrication, machining, assembly, and painting departments based on approved material requisitions.

Store and organize materials in designated racks, bins, and yard areas, including heavy plates, frames, hydraulic cylinders, and motors.

Maintain clean, safe, and clearly labelled storage areas.

Adhere to 5S, safety, and company standards within the stores.

Maintain documentation such as GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), material issue slips, return notes, and stock registers.

Qualifications & Experience:

Any Diploma or Degree holder with 3-5 years of experience in general stores operations, preferably in engineering or industrial manufacturing.

Compensation & Job Details:

Salary range: Rs.18,000/- to Rs.22,000/- per month
