Key Responsibilities
Maintain and monitor inventory levels to ensure timely availability of materials.
Receive, verify, and record incoming materials and supplies.
Issue materials to various departments based on approved requisitions.
Perform regular stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage, labelling, and handling of all items.
Maintain updated stock records in the system (ERP/software).
Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries and resolve supply-related issues.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports as required.
Maintain cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols in the store area.
Assist in inventory forecasting and procurement planning.
Requirements
Minimum 1-4 years of experience in Stores / Inventory Management.
Qualification: Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
Knowledge of storekeeping procedures, stock management & documentation.
Familiarity with ERP, MS Excel, and inventory software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Exp. working with Hospitality / Hotel / F&B is preferred.
