Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials, supplies, and equipment as per purchase orders.
Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, and stock levels in the inventory management system.
Ensure proper storage of materials with correct labeling, categorization, and handling standards.
Issue materials to departments based on approved requisitions and maintain documentation.
Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and assist in annual physical stock verification.
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and raise purchase requests when required.
Coordinate with vendors, purchase department, and user departments for timely material availability.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness of the store area.
Ensure adherence to FIFO/FEFO methods for inventory management.
Handle returnable and non-returnable materials efficiently.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports and submit to reporting authority.
Ensure compliance with hospital/organization policies and statutory guidelines.
