Job Summary
The Stores Executive is responsible for managing inventory, ensuring proper storage of materials, maintaining stock records, and coordinating with procurement and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies
Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movements, and documentation
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials
Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering to avoid shortages
Issue materials as per authorized requests and maintain issue records
Coordinate with purchase, production, and logistics departments
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with records
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies
Handle returns, damaged goods, and obsolete inventory appropriately
Prepare inventory reports for management review
Skills and Competencies
Knowledge of inventory management and storekeeping practices
Basic computer skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
0-2 years of experience in stores or inventory management (preferred)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
