Job Description

1.Monitor receipt of raw materials/consumables/spares.

2.Ensuring the quantity received is matching with DC/Invoice quantity

3.To get materials checked from QA for right quality

4. Responsible for handling storage preservation and delivery of raw-material, in-process materials, finished products, consumables, spares and chemicals

5. To ensure stores records are updated on a regular basis

6. To implement the Inventory control procedure and to maintain the optimum stock of all materials

7. Responsible for stock audit and maintaining stock as per the SAP records.

8. Regular discussions with all the sub-ordinates for increased productivity and improved quality products.

9. Responsible for smooth functioning of SAP MM

10. Monitor and ensuring 1S & 2S

11. Ensuring good housekeeping and safety measures

12.Encourage team work and motivate the work force for improvement

13.Encourage suggestions and communicate the same to the next level for implementation

14.To trigger the activities resulting in to cost reduction

15.Continual improvement project (CIP)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
