Job Title:-Invoicing, Billing & Stores Executive.

Location:- Bhiwandi, Thane, Maharashtra

Qualification:-Graduate

Experience Required:-Minimum 2-3 years in invoicing, billing, or store management roles in a manufacturing or trading company.

Key Responsibilities:-

Prepare, verify, and process sales invoices and billing statements as per company procedures and GST compliance. Coordinate with accounts, sales, and dispatch teams to ensure timely generation and delivery of invoices to clients. Maintain accurate records of all invoices, challans, E-way bills, and related statutory documents. Manage and update inventory records using ERP or inventory management software. Monitor stock levels, conduct regular physical stock verification, and reconcile variances with system records. Coordinate with suppliers for inward materials, issue raw materials to production, and maintain stock registers. Ensure all store transactions (receipts, issues, stock transfers, returns) are properly documented and authorized. Prepare monthly reports on invoicing, outstanding receivables, and inventory. Support year-end audits by providing required documentation related to stores and billing. Maintain high standards of documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with internal controls.

Desired Skills:-

Proficiency in MS Excel, inventory management, and billing/accounting software (such as Tally, ERP, etc.). Good understanding of GST invoicing, E-way bill generation, and stock management. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow processes. Effective communication and coordination skills. Reliability, accountability, and integrity in handling company materials and documentation.

Other Requirements:-

Candidate must be residing in Kalyan or Thane region for ease of commute.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
