Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Stores Executive

to oversee the day-to-day operations of our

General and Raw Material Stores

. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in inventory control, material handling, documentation, and storekeeping practices with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain inventory of raw materials and general consumables. Ensure accurate material receipts, issue records, and stock levels in ERP/software systems. Plan and organize material storage to ensure easy retrieval and space optimization. Co-ordinate with purchase, production, and quality teams for timely availability of materials. Implement and maintain proper FIFO/FEFO practices. Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation. Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and storage conditions for all materials. Monitor incoming material inspections and rejection handling. Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with 5S and safety norms in the stores area. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for stock and consumption.
Key Skills and Qualifications:

Graduate/Diploma in Material Management or any related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in store management (preferably in a manufacturing setup). Proficiency in store management software/ERP systems. Good knowledge of inventory control practices and documentation. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and manage a small team.
