Job Responsibilities:



Ensure proper storage and labeling of items to maintain inventory accuracy Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies Maintain inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts (daily, weekly, monthly) Issue materials to departments as per requisition and maintain proper documentation Update stock ledgers and maintain inventory management systems (manual or software-based) Coordinate with procurement, production, and accounts departments Handle material returns, damage reports, and replacement processing Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management

Qualifications and Skills:



Any Degree 1-3 years of experience in a storekeeping or inventory control role Proficiency in inventory management & in MS Excel Good knowledge of stock handling, warehousing procedures, and documentation Strong organizational and record-keeping skills Basic knowledge of safety and quality standards
