Oversee the overall management of hospital store items including cleaning material, stationery, equipment, and general consumables.
Maintain accurate records of stock, issues, and receipts.
Ensure timely availability of required items to all hospital departments.
Monitor inventory levels and raise purchase requisitions as needed.
Verify quality, quantity, and expiry dates of incoming materials.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
Coordinate with vendors, purchase department, and internal staff for smooth operations.
