To efficiently manage the receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch of raw materials, consumables, semi-finished, and finished goods. Ensure accurate inventory control, timely order fulfillment, and smooth coordination with production, purchase, sales, and transport teams.

Key Responsibilities
Stores Management
Maintain accurate records of all inward materials, consumables, and stock.
Verify incoming materials against purchase orders (quality, quantity, documentation).
Ensure systematic storage (binning, tagging, FIFO/FEFO).
Conduct daily/weekly/monthly stock checks and reconcile physical vs. system stock.
Monitor and control minimum/maximum stock levels and raise requisitions accordingly.
Prevent losses due to pilferage, damage, or improper handling.
Despatch Management
Plan daily despatches as per sales/dispatch orders and production availability.
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and transporters to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare invoices, packing lists, e-way bills, and other required documentation.
Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and loading to avoid transit damage.
Track dispatched consignments and update customers/sales team.
Coordination & Compliance
Liaise with Purchase, Production, and Sales teams for smooth flow of materials.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, statutory requirements (GST, E-way bills), and audit norms.
Maintain housekeeping & safety standards in stores and dispatch areas.
