Job Overview

We are looking for a

Stores cum Purchase Officer

with a strong background in

Electrical and Electronics components

to handle end-to-end store management, inventory control, and procurement of materials for solar and electrical projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely availability of materials while maintaining quality standards and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store & Inventory Management

Maintain accurate stock records of electrical, electronic, and solar materials. Perform regular stock verification, issue, and receipt of materials. Ensure safe storage, labeling, and preservation of all materials. Prepare material consumption reports, stock statements, and reorder levels.

2. Procurement & Purchase

Identify and evaluate vendors for electrical, electronic, and solar components. Prepare and issue purchase orders, negotiate rates, and ensure timely deliveries. Verify supplier bills, delivery challans, and coordinate with accounts for payment. Ensure procurement as per company quality standards and project requirements.

3. Coordination & Documentation

Coordinate with project, design, and accounts departments for material planning. Maintain documentation related to GRN, purchase orders, and inspection reports. Liaise with transporters for logistics and dispatch of goods. Support audit and compliance requirements related to stores and purchase.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of

electrical and electronic components

used in solar projects. Good negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work under deadlines. Knowledge of GST, e-way bills, and documentation will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹14,151.45 - ₹44,980.77 per month
