Tally (mandatory)*

MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)*
Strong organizational and communication skills*
Willingness to learn and work in a team environment*

Production Stores Department and support smooth store and production operations.

Position Overview:

The

Production Stores Assistant will assist in day-to-day store operations including material receipt, issue, record maintenance, and coordination with the production team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in

inventory management and production support within a professional manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in receiving, checking, and issuing materials for production*
Maintain and update stock records accurately in

Tally*
Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and organization of materials*
Support production team by ensuring timely material availability*
Prepare daily stock reports and assist in monthly stock audits*
Maintain documentation and filing of store-related records*
Ensure adherence to company quality, safety, and housekeeping standards*
