Type of Work Experience Required (Mandatory)

: Sales order processing department, preferably with a company handling imports of goods into India and the sale of those goods across India. Should have experience of making invoices and delivery challans


Type of Work Experience Required (Preferred)

: Experience in a company having turnover of Rs. 100 crores or more. In addition, if a person knows inventory management, that would be an added advantage


Responsibilities :




Need to work closely with coordinators pan-India, SE, Manager, RM related daily for INR as well as for USD (ORC) sale Email communication needs to be efficient and handled on a priority basis Verification of Stock status information to be provided to branch coordinators / Managers / RM as and when asked Verification of Sale order entries (DIF) with PO & quote O/s information emails need to send respective branches Monitor and verify stock status regularly and organize dispatches to ensure timely delivery of goods Manage communication and correspondence with the Panvel Stores team to ensure accurate and timely INR dispatches Generate and distribute pending sales order reports to the respective branches and Regional Managers (RMs) on a fortnightly basis Ensure adherence to the RDC regularisation procedure if the billing is done RDC basis USD Orders need to be processed with SAP. OF, MS (SQL ID for accessories) Maintain effective correspondence with SAP (Principal) and coordinate efficiently with respective company branches Need to keep track & data for USD orders
