Conduct regular stock taking and maintain accurate inventory records
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment as needed
Communicate effectively with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
Assist in negotiating delivery schedules and resolving supply issues
Collaborate with customers to plan and schedule dispatches
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of finished goods
Maintain records of inward/outward materials and dispatch documentation
Update inventory and dispatch data using computer systems
