Job Description

A Store and Purchase Executive manages a company's procurement (sourcing, negotiating, buying) and inventory (storing, tracking, distributing goods) to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness, involving vendor management, stock control, quality checks, and maintaining purchase records, with key skills in negotiation, analysis, and supply chain understanding. Key Responsibilities:

Procurement

: Researching suppliers, getting quotes, negotiating prices/contracts, placing orders, and tracking timely deliveries.

Inventory/Store Management

: Monitoring stock levels, organizing storage, managing incoming/outgoing materials, ensuring stock accuracy, and preparing dispatch reports/challans.

Supplier Relations

: Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, evaluating performance, and ensuring quality.

Documentation & Reporting

: Maintaining purchase records, handling invoices, generating reports (cost analysis, stock), and managing e-way bills.

Coordination

: Working with other departments to understand their needs and ensuring smooth flow of materials.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
