Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Store Manager to handle the day-to-day operations of our fireworks store outlet. This role involves managing inventory, assisting staff, maintaining sales and purchase records, handling customers, and overseeing fire show organization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a customer-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations:
Manage the overall functioning of the store, ensuring a well-organized, clean, and safe environment.
Inventory Management:
Keep accurate records of stock levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
Sales & Purchase Records:
Maintain and oversee accurate logs of all transactions, including sales, purchases, and daily accounts.
Cash Flow Management:
Monitor and maintain daily cash flow reports and ensure financial accuracy.
Staff Supervision:
Assist in hiring, training, and managing store staff while fostering a positive team environment.
Customer Engagement:
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with product selection, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and creating memorable shopping experiences.
Fire Show Coordination:
Collaborate with clients to organize and execute firework displays that meet their expectations while adhering to safety protocols.
Office Duties:
Perform administrative tasks, prepare reports, and support additional office operations as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a store manager or in a similar leadership role in retail, events, or a related field.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of fireworks products and safety protocols (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in MS Office and management software.
Ability to manage accounts, cash flow, and transaction records effectively.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during peak seasons.
