Job Title: Store Keeper

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Store Keeper to manage inventory, stock movement, and store operations in our toy manufacturing facility. The Store Keeper will ensure accurate handling of raw materials, semi-finished goods, packaging items, and finished products while maintaining proper documentation and supporting smooth production flow.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, components and finished toys. Issue materials to production based on requisitions and maintain records of stock movement. Monitor stock levels regularly and prepare stock reports. Coordinate with the purchase and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials. Maintain proper storage conditions to prevent damage, breakage, or deterioration of materials and toys. Keep records of GRN (Goods Receipt Note), MRN (Material Requisition Note), and stock ledgers. Conduct periodic stock audits and physical verification of inventory. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene standards in the store. Manage inward and outward logistics of finished goods. Support in packing and dispatch of products as per orders. Implement FIFO/FEFO methods for material handling.

Requirements:

Qualification: B.com, BSc, BCA (preferably in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management). Experience: 0 - 2 years as a Store Keeper, preferably in the manufacturing industry (toy/consumer goods sector preferred). Good knowledge of inventory management practices. Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP knowledge preferred). Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
