Job Title:

Storekeeper

Job Summary

The Storekeeper is responsible for managing all materials, roofing sheets, accessories, tools, and inventory in the warehouse/store. He ensures proper storage, accurate records, and timely issue of materials to production, sales, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, check, and store roofing sheets, raw materials, and accessories Maintain accurate stock records (inward & outward entries) Issue materials as per authorized requests Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and safety of materials Monitor stock levels and inform management about low stock Prevent damage, loss, or theft of materials Coordinate with purchase, sales, and delivery teams Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store Prepare daily/weekly stock reports

Skills & Qualifications

Basic knowledge of inventory management Ability to handle roofing materials safely Basic computer knowledge (Excel preferred) Good organizational and record-keeping skills Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented

Experience

1-3 years experience as a Storekeeper / Warehouse Assistant Experience in construction or roofing materials is an advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
