About the Role:
In this role, you'll be the key player ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly. You'll be responsible for managing our inventory, keeping things organized, and ensuring our chefs have everything they need.
Keep our kitchen running smoothly.
Manage inventory, receive deliveries & maintain records.
Order supplies & prevent stockouts.
Organize & maintain the storeroom for efficiency.
Minimize waste & control costs through smart ordering.
Collaborate with chefs & kitchen staff.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
Strong inventory management skills with experience in a point-of-sale system.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
The ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with kitchen staff.
