Storekeeper - Hospitality Industry

Job Responsibilities:

Receive, check, and record daily stock (vegetables, groceries, meat, packing items, etc.)

Maintain store inventory and update stock sheets

Issue materials to kitchen as per requisition

Monitor expiry, wastage, and stock rotation (FIFO)

Coordinate with vendors for delivery timings

Keep store clean, organized, and safe

Assist in monthly stock audit with management

Maintain GRN / Purchase entry / Store ledger

Report low-stock items to Purchase/Manager

Skills Required:

Knowledge of restaurant items

Accuracy in counting & stock checking

Good communication and discipline

Qualifications:

10th / 12th / Diploma / Any degree

Experience in hospitality stores preferred
