Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Store Supervisor to manage day-to-day store operations and ensure accurate inventory control. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in material handling, stock reconciliation, and documentation within a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:-

Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently Maintain accurate records of raw materials and finished goods Handle material inward and outward entries and challans Ensure physical stock matches system stock through regular reconciliation Prepare and share daily store reports Manage material issuing, receiving, and proper documentation Follow FIFO/LIFO methods for material storage Coordinate with production and purchase departments

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

Good knowledge of store and inventory management Hands-on experience with Excel and ERP/Inventory software Strong record-keeping and documentation skills Ability to identify material shortages and update stock records Good communication and teamwork skills Strong problem-solving ability and time management skills

Eligibility:-

Minimum qualification: 12th / Diploma / Graduate. Must have experience in a manufacturing unit store department. Detail-oriented and well-organized. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Familiar with industrial store processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
