Maintain accurate inventory records of all farm supplies, equipment, feed, fertilizers, and other stock items.
Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and verify quantities against purchase orders or delivery notes.
Issue materials based on requisitions from various departments (field team, maintenance, etc.).
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
Ensure proper storage of perishable and non-perishable goods to avoid spoilage or damage.
Keep the store area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Update inventory management software or registers regularly.
Conduct regular stock audits and prepare inventory reports.
Prevent stock loss through theft, damage, or misplacement.
Coordinate with vendors and transporters during goods receipt or dispatch.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in inventory/storekeeping, preferably in agriculture, dairy, or FMCG.
Basic knowledge of stock management tools (manual or digital).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Physically fit and capable of handling manual stock work if required.
Knowledge of safe handling, especially of chemicals, seeds, and farm tools.
