Core Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be the backbone of our inventory system, managing all inward and outward material movement:

1. Material Management & Verification

Receiving:

Execute the receipt and verification of all incoming raw materials, including

paper rolls, glue, finished cartons, and consumables

.

Issuance:

Accurately issue materials to the production unit strictly as per daily requirements and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

2. Inventory Control & Reporting

Stock Updates:

Perform daily stock updates and maintain accurate records of material movement in the system.

Reconciliation:

Conduct regular

physical stock counts

and reconcile any discrepancies against the system inventory records.

Loss Monitoring:

Actively monitor, report, and document material

damage and wastage

to identify areas for improvement.

3. Safety & Compliance

Store Maintenance:

Ensure the

cleanliness, organization, and safety

of the storage area at all times, adhering to all company safety guidelines.

Audit Support:

Provide full support during internal and external audits and management reviews by preparing accurate documentation and stock verification reports.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum of

1 to 3 years

of hands-on experience in a store keeping or inventory control role.

Industry Background:

Previous experience in a

carton, packaging, or general manufacturing store

environment is highly preferred.

Skills:

Basic computer skills (MS Excel or similar), strong attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy.
