Job Description

Researching potential vendors, negotiating prices and contract terms,
and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with suppliers.

Creating, processing, and tracking purchase orders, and ensuring
accurate and timely delivery of goods.

Monitoring stock levels, tracking shipments, and coordinating with
warehouse staff to prevent shortages or overstocking.

Staying informed about market and industry trends, assessing vendor
proposals, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.

Maintaining accurate purchasing records and databases, managing
purchase agreements, and handling administrative duties for the

purchasing department.

Addressing issues with delayed or incorrect deliveries, and
collaborating with suppliers to resolve product-related problems.

Unloading deliveries, checking for damage or discrepancies, and
preparing and issuing goods as needed.

Maintaining accurate records of stock transactions, generating reports,
and updating inventory levels.

Organizing stock within the warehouse or store, ensuring proper
storage and rotation

Monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking, and
initiating purchase requisitions when stock is low.

Completing necessary paperwork for orders, purchases, and inventory
movements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
