- Store-Incharge

Inventory Management:

Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods according to company policies. Maintain accurate stock records and monitor stock levels to ensure timely replenishment. Perform regular stock audits and inventory checks to verify stock quantities and identify discrepancies.

Stock Control:

Ensure all items are properly labelled and stored in designated areas to prevent damage or loss. Monitor stock movement, stock value calculation including issuance, receipts, and returns. Organize products in a systematic way for easy retrieval and accurate order fulfilment.

Order Fulfilment:

Prepare and pack goods for outgoing orders based on requisitions and project demands. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods. Process orders and update inventory management systems accordingly.

Record Keeping:

Maintain records of inventory, including goods received, issued, and current stock. Prepare and submit reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and any inventory-related issues.

Safety and Maintenance:

Ensure the store or warehouse is clean, organized, and safe at all times. Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of materials, tools and equipment. Ensure that all storage areas are well-maintained and that products are stored in accordance with safety standards.

Communication:

Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Report stock shortages, damages, and other issues to the relevant authorities promptly.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
