Job Description

Store keeper required with 3 years plus experience in inventory and warehouse management.

Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders. Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly. Organize and maintain stock in a clean, safe, and accessible manner. Track stock levels using inventory software and ensure timely updates. Implement stock rotation practices to prevent overstocking or shortages. Issue raw materials and components to production teams as per requisitions. Maintain accurate records of issued items and update inventory accordingly. Generate and maintain paperwork including receiving reports, stock registers, and dispatch logs. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Liaise with suppliers for timely deliveries and resolve delivery-related issues. Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality departments to ensure material availability.
