Role Summary
The Junior Store Incharge will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of the store and inventory operations in a furniture manufacturing unit. The role involves handling, recording, and issuing materials such as plywood, cardboard, adhesives, nails, screws, and other furniture hardware.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, verify, and issue materials to different departments as per requirement.
Maintain accurate stock records and entries in the physical register.
Ensure proper storage and safe handling of materials.
Monitor material movement and update stock positions regularly.
Report shortages or damages to the Senior Store Incharge.
Assist in periodic physical stock counts.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store area.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum [X] years of experience in handling materials in a furniture / hardware / manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with products and materials such as plywood, cardboard, Fevicol, nails, screws, and other furniture hardware.
Ability to read and understand English (for labels, material names, and documents).
Basic knowledge of stock handling and record keeping (manual register entries).
Strong attention to detail, honesty, and reliability.
Computer knowledge not required.
Work Environment
Store and workshop-based role.
Physical handling of materials required.
Compensation
As per industry standards and candidate experience

Pay: ₹25,086.00 - ₹50,941.36 per month
