JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor stock levels and reorder products as necessary to prevent shortages.
Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate records of stock movements.
Ensure that inventory is organized and easily accessible.
Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure they match purchase orders and are in good condition.
Store goods properly to prevent damage and ensure easy access.
Label and organize stock for easy identification and retrieval.
Prepare and process orders for customers or internal departments.
Verify the accuracy of order contents before shipment or distribution.
Maintain records of all orders and transactions.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the storage area.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Keep accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, shipments, and adjustments.
Prepare reports on stock levels, inventory turnover, and other relevant metrics.
You are required to regularly update stock levels and coordinate with the eCommerce team to ensure accurate inventory is reflected across all selling platforms.
Work closely with other staff members to ensure efficient store operations.
Provide support to other departments as needed.
