Store Keeper

Key Responsibilities

:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring accurate stock levels and availability of materials. Ensure timely and proper material receiving and verification, maintaining accurate records of inventory. Monitor stock movements, manage stock transfers between locations, and ensure proper documentation. Ensure materials are stored and handled properly following safety standards, 5S, and best practices for easy access and identification. Efficiently use and manage ERP & Busy software for tracking inventory, stock transfers, material requisition, and other store-related tasks. Ensure the timely receipt of materials and components as per the production requirements. Verify all incoming materials, ensuring quantity matches the purchase order and inspection standards. Coordinate with production, procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth flow of materials and timely availability. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all store-related activities, including stock movements, material receipts, and inventory levels. Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory status, stock levels, and any discrepancies or concerns.

Qualifications

:

Diploma / Degree (Mechanical Engineering)

Experience:

Proven experience (2-5years) as a Store Keeper or in a similar role within the instrument manufacturing ,automobile, or machine manufacturing industry.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of Busy and ERP systems.

Salary: 25k to 28k per month

Full Time, General shift - (9am to 5.30pm), Mon - Sat
