Mystore - https://www.mystore.in/en/What we are looking for :- Review and approve seller applications, ensuring they meet our platform's standards and requirements.- Guide new sellers through the onboarding process, including account setup registration, KYC Completion, and product catalog upload and order management.- Collaborate with the Technical team, Marketing team, and customer support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new sellers.- Manage the day-to-day operations of our online store, including product listings, inventory management, order processing, and customer support.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to drive traffic to our e-commerce platform.- Continuously optimize the user experience to improve conversion rates and increase customer satisfaction.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with sellers/Brands, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.- Ensure that all e-commerce-related activities align with the company's overall objectives and goals.Core Competencies :- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with new sellers.- Self-starter who believes in the importance of teamwork, while operating unmonitored individually.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively- Ability to maintain composure while communicating with escalated clients.- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines (ref:updazz.com)
