Job Purpose
Executive Product support /
DEPARTMENT: Product Management/Operations
Responsible for taking care of daily Storefront configurations and ensuring everything is configured in time without any delay.
Job Duties
Since we are supporting functions we will be supporting the in app configurations for Instamart and various other BLs.
Day to day work closures
Understand the storefront tools quickly and suggest the enhancements.
Deliver and pick up tasks as in when needed and coordinating with the designs team for creative works.
Establish and maintain designated work areas and arrange, as
needed; always ensure that regular BAU works gets executed
on time or within the assigned turn around time.
Coordinate product managers and ensure that dashboards are made with inline with keeping execution in mind
Preparing reports and sharing it to reporting Manager and
preparing MBR and QBR decks for monthly and quarterly on
Operation metrics
Multitasking/Diligence - Learn Swiggy internal merchandising
tools fast and schedule campaigns for allocated cities without
errors
Eye for Detail & Quality Adherence - Quality check campaigns
post scheduling - catch errors and rectify them before taking
live. Communicate to stakeholders
Process Adherence - Manage promotion calendars and

Qualifications
REQUIRED
Ability to perform multiple tasks and adjust quickly in short timeframes with limited direct supervision.
Ability to build rapport with others and create a team environment.
Strong communication, organizational, motivational and time management skills.
Ability to work flexible hours if necessary (all shifts).
Ability to analyze quality scores and operational matrices and create Plan of Action with measurable changes within timelines.
PREFERRED
Good verbal communication.
Sound knowledge about Swiggy's L2 process and other Storefront configs processes
Experience in English remediation, soft skills and customer service training.
Basic knowledge of MS Office & excel and Ms word
University degree in business administration or in a discipline related to operations or pertinent industry experience
