The ideal candidate will lead the team, ensure high-quality customer service, maintain cleanliness and food safety standards, and help drive sales and profitability. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about food service and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Lead and motivate team members during shifts, ensuring high levels of productivity and morale.
Monitor food preparation, portion control, and presentation to ensure product quality.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations.
Assist in managing inventory, placing orders, and controlling food and supply costs.
Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to team members.
Manage cash handling, billing, and end-of-day sales reconciliation.
Ensure all equipment is functioning and report any maintenance needs.
Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a food service or retail supervisory role (preferably in a pizza or QSR setting).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in hospitality is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
Basic knowledge of inventory management.
Customer-first attitude and teamwork skills.
