We're Hiring: Store Supervisor / In-Charge

Key Responsibilities

Manage goods receipt and inward entries in

SAP Business One

Conduct regular

physical stock audits

and maintain accurate records Track material receipts against POs and ensure timely follow-ups Ensure proper tagging, identification, and storage of materials Handle material issuance and maintain issue logs in SAP Coordinate with the purchase team on pending POs Prepare

Purchase Requisitions (PRs)

and monitor PO lifecycle Generate and submit

MIS reports

on store activities Support HOD with timely and accurate reporting

Skills & Competencies

Expertise in

inventory control

and

store management systems

Experience with

SAP B1

is a strong advantage Proficiency in

MS Excel & Word

Coordination, and follow-up skills Detail-oriented with analytical thinking

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline 3-6 years of experience in store/warehouse management in a

manufacturing setup
