Position: Retail Supervisor/Floor Supervisor

Location: Chennai, Porur Super Saravana Store

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of assigned category ensuring smooth functioning of sales floor. Supervise and guide sales associates to achieve category-specific sales targets. Maintain inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards. Ensure compliance with company policies, customer service protocols, and safety guidelines. Monitor customer feedback and resolve escalations promptly. Coordinate with store management for promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns. Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, staff performance, and category growth.

Requirements

Graduate degree/diploma preferred; retail management certification is a plus. 7+ years of supervisory experience in retail (category-specific experience desirable). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage teams, multitask, and deliver under pressure. Knowledge of inventory systems and basic MS Office tools.
