Job Description

The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient operations of the store/warehouse in a manufacturing environment. This includes managing inventory, coordinating material flow, ensuring proper storage practices, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to support production and overall business operations effectively.

Experience:

3+ years in a supervisory role in stores or warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Supervise and monitor inventory levels to ensure the availability of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods. Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile physical inventory with system records. Identify slow-moving or excess stock and recommend corrective actions. Oversee the receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials and products. Ensure proper documentation of all incoming and outgoing materials. Lead, train, and manage a team of storekeepers and warehouse workers. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
