Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced

Store Supervisor

to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will support the Store Manager by ensuring smooth operations, supervising staff, optimizing customer satisfaction, and achieving sales and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily store activities and staff performance. Assist in achieving sales targets and improving customer experience. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards. Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently. Train, coach, and motivate team members to meet performance standards. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Handle opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting. Prepare shift schedules and assign duties to staff.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail management are a plus. Proven experience as a retail supervisor or in a similar role. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic financial reports. Strong understanding of customer service principles and retail operations.

Working Conditions:

Requires standing for long periods and occasional lifting of merchandise. May require weekend, evening, and holiday shifts. Fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
